We support clinics with sensitive, accessible cognitive testing.

Cognitive testing for Your modern medical practice

Traditional cognitive tests (like the MMSE, MoCA or ACE-III) aren't fit for purpose. They miss subtle early changes in brain function, rely on crude pass/fail scoring, and can’t track subtle progress over time. This lack of sensitivity means that diagnosis comes too late, and patient care is impacted.
PREMAZ is a 10-minute digital cognitive assessment tool done on an iPad or tablet. It can be completed fully remotely or in a clinic, is scalable and incredibly sensitive to early cognitive decline.

How PREMAZ is different:

Traditional Testing
Outdated cognitive tests (MoCA, MMSE, ADAS-Cog) often miss early changes.
Time-consuming manual scoring and inconsistent interpretation.
Limited engagement, patients lose focus during testing.
Requires clinical expertise and specialized equipment.
Measures binary recall success.
VS
PREMAZ detects decline up to 10 years earlier using precision memory testing.
Fully automated scoring with sophisticated AI powered analysis.
Gamified, tablet-based interface reduces cognitive load and improves experience.
Can be completed as a self test with high usability and accuracy data.
Continuous digital monitoring for real-time cognitive trends.

How Our System works

Flexible for Any Size Clinic

PREMAZ scales with you, whether you run a boutique medical practice or a multi-location clinical network. From 10 patients a month to hundreds, we can support a range of different organisations.

Low Barrier to Entry

Start screening patients within weeks. PREMAZ requires no special setup or training, just an iPad and a Wi-Fi connection. Our test integrates easily into your existing clinical workflows.

Scales With You

As your clinic grows, PREMAZ grows with it. Transparent, usage-based pricing means you pay only for what you use: no hidden costs, no steep licensing fees.

Accessible Science

Our test was built with accessibility at its core. Our test is designed to be used by age 18-85, either fully remotely or independently or facilitated by a clinician.

Value Beyond the Test

Our platform generates an insightful report on your patient's cognitive function, and allows you to easily monitor changes over time.

Simple workflow. Powerful outcomes.

Step 1 — Setup

One of our team will come to your clinic and provide you with an iPad and a login to our clinician portal. We will also run you through how to conduct a PREMAZ test.

Step 2 — Baseline

PREMAZ is suitable for a range of patients, from "optimisers" with no cognitive issues, to those with Subjective Cognitive Impairment, MCI and Traumatic Brain Injury.

Step 3 — Re-test

Testing regularly can help to establish a clinical baseline and detect decline early. PREMAZ can be done as frequently as once per week.

Step 4 — Improve

The goal of early intervention is to optimise function and build up cognitive reserve, reducing risk of dementia.
